All purchases are subject to the following Terms and Conditions;

ALL TIMBER PRODUCTS

We make every effort to deliver only the best quality material. However, timber is a natural material and can warp, split, twist, cup, shrink, expand and bow. We can take NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS.

All Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Concrete Products

Due to the way concrete products must be handles most returns come back scratched, cracked or stained, because of this we can no longer accept returns on concrete products.

DELIVERY

Please note we provide a road side delivery drop service. Our insurance will not cover either our staff or your personal property outside this road side delivery drop service.

Under no circumstances can we move materials through a house or garage.

Timber Gates

Gates are sometimes returned due to customers not getting the size correct they often get returned with marks and scuffs, due to this we can no longer take them back so please make sure you get the size correct, call us first if help is required. HARDWOOD GATES MUST ONLY BE TREATED WITH A MICROPOROUS PRODUCT

CONCRETE PRODUCTS, POSTMIX, CEMENT, GATES, CREOSOTES and DIPS are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If a refund is required prior to a delivery / collecting then a minium £10 admin charge will apply

Any materials retuned for refund within the 14 day period must be in a perfect condition so it can be re-sold.

For payments over the phone cards must be registered to the delivery address and it has to be a house number not a house name. We can take payment in shop with card/cash or payment via bank transfer.
